There is so much emphasis on nurturing your mind, body, and soul while pregnant but what about after your baby arrives...
This class is dedicated to your postnatal transition into being a mama that fills you up with the necessary support and techniques to fully thrive as a new mama. The class begins with 30-40 minutes of discussion and ends with postnatal yoga

- Positive Parenting
- Nurturing and feeding your personal well-being
- Relaxation techniques
- Nutrition & Homeopathy
Postnatal Yoga (45 minutes of Class time)
Exercise to nurture you changing needs, support the body to heal, inspire the mind, and get your must have time to RE-LAX and enjoy the support of other mamas.
Wednesdays 7:15 pm-8:45 pm Registration required
$85 per session

- April 11-May 9th
- June 6-July 11
